Immune Regulation Qigong with Dr. Liu Dong – Livestream

Join Dr. Liu Dong for this timely course! This 10-hour course will focus on Immune Regulation – Transform the Hun & Po and the material will be presented via lecture and Qigong practice.Lecture: Immune System in Chinese Medicine, Transforming the Hun (Liver Soul) & Po (Lung Spirits), Big Dipper.
Practice: Red Dragon Qigong a dynamic form, to calm, protect, and transform the Heart. Movements will transport you into a state of calmness, transform emotions, and circulate blood. Big Dipper Sleep Meditation, Daoist practice to transform the Hun & Po utilizing visualization of the Big Dipper Stars.
National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine: 10 PDAs approved through NCCAOM for diplomats in the PE-CW category. You will need to attend live (in real-time online) to receive the PDA’s.

- Recorded links of each session, available to view for 3 weeks (you are required to attend the class to receive the recording links).
- E- handouts prior to class.
