Our Programs draw from the ancient roots of Chinese medicine and the multiple branches of active healing (meditation, medical qigong, astrology, food therapy, lifestyle, feng shui). Under the guidance of Master Liu He and Dr. Liu Dong, students will gain an experiential understanding of the branches and how they work together to influence and change your experience of life.
The Ling Gui Healing Qigong School offers multiple courses of study, during that time students learn several of the Liu family methods as well as several classical forms. During each course of study, you will receive detailed education in the theory, practice, and teaching of Healing Medical Qigong.
Program 1
Our foundational 65 hour program for Self-Cultivation & Teacher Training.
Program 2
Continuing your studies in a 65 hour program.
Program 3
65 hour advanced program that focuses on Medical Qigong and advanced techniques for self-protection and recharging energy. Students may seek teacher certification in additional medical qigong forms.
Master Teacher
After completing the foundational Programs 1, 2, and 3, you may enroll in the Master Teacher Program. This 165 hour program, provides continued self-cultivation and practice

What is the class schedule?
We offer a flexible program which means you may choose any of the classes that are listed on the events page to create your study program. You may begin your studies at any time. Each program will need to be completed within 24 months of enrolling.
Do I need to attend classes in-person or can I complete the program online?
You may complete your course hours by attending classes in-person, online, or a combination of the two.
How long do I have to complete the hours of a program?
You will have 24 months to complete the required course hours.
How many forms am I able to certify to teach?
There is a set of certification requirements:
- When completing Program 1 and meeting the requirements you may certify in one form.
- When completing Program 2 and meeting the requirements you may certify in three forms.
- When completing Program 3 and meeting the requirements you may certify in three forms.
- When completing Program 4 and meeting the requirements you may certify in three forms.
- When completing Program 5 and meeting the requirements you may certify in three forms.
- When completing Program 6 and meeting the requirements you may certify in three forms and Master Teacher certify in one form.
Do I send you a list of workshops now or is there a certain date I should send these to you by?
When you decide to attend a course, you may email the office and we will add you to the class roster. It is best to let us know at least one month prior to the class start date.
How do you collect the tuition payment for the program?
Tuition may be paid in one sum or you may contact the office to discuss a payment plan. You may pay via check or Zelle. If you need to pay with a credit card please contact the office to discuss.
How do the hours get tracked and completed?
Once you advise us of which course you would like to attend, we will add it to your program list and deduct the hours from required class hours.
