The Five Cranes Alchemy Qigong is a self-hypnosis practice. By practicing this form, the three souls (Hun) in the Liver awaken the Five kinds of Qi in the Kidneys. The five Qi are transformed into five-colored smoke clouds, which attract five white cranes to enter the human body and fly. The mind flies with the cranes, enhancing the vitality of the brain.
