Yuan Shen & Chan Meditation Summer Retreat with Dr. Liu Dong, In Person

July 19 - July 21

Immerse yourself in 3-days of Qigong and Meditation led by Dr. Liu Dong. In this retreat, he will introduce you to the form Yuan Shen Qigong and Chan Meditation.

Yuan Shen Qigong comes from the Blue Mountain Monastery, located in Se Chuan province.  It is the principal qigong form for their monks.  It’s practiced for self-healing and repairing of the prenatal qi.  This powerful method helps you activate your Kidney’s five prenatal qi to nourish your internal organs. Bring abundant qi to your body and activate the Lao Gong acupoints in your hands.

The five prenatal qi are:

–       Prenatal jing (essence) allows you to open the Du Mai Channel so that the jing may flow back to the ocean of marrow (brain) for nourishment

–       Prenatal yang qi warms up your spleen and stomach

–       Prenatal yin qi nourishes your liver

–       Prenatal steam in the kidneys purifies the heart

–       Prenatal qi develops lung’s function

With this qigong practice, all the internal organs connect providing a self-healing experience.  This qigong especially helps with Alzheimer’s, insomnia, diabetes, and syndromes of menopause and life transitions.

Chan Meditation is a personal internal journey, utilizing breath and visualization to renew your perspective!
