Wisdom of Qi Men To Boost the Kidney Qi with Master Liu He – Livestream
December 7 - December 8
The Kidney Winter season! “Tune in” your Yin Kidney energy (Kidneys – Bladder). According to Chinese medicine, the “Kidney” becomes the Emperor in Winter. Winter is the most challenging season for the body and having ample Kidney Qi supports you. The cold, the lack of light, and diseases gradually deplete our energy (batteries). In the body, the Kidney plays the role of the battery. It is the source of all Yin (bodily substances) and Yang (functional dynamics) energies. For all these reasons, it is necessary to strengthen the Kidney Pole in winter. Master Liu He teaches us that to benefit from the powers of the season fully, one must learn what it has to offer. By following the Daoist life suggestions of the Winter cycle, we allow the water in our body to flow and show us many answers.
