Yellow Dragon Qigong with Dr. Liu Dong – Livestream

September 14 - September 15

Join Dr. Liu Dong to awaken your Yellow Dragon!

Yellow Dragon Qigong is the foremost way to train the digestive and absorption functions of the spleen and stomach. The Spleen is the root of acquired nature. Chinese medicine believes regulating the body’s immunity is a function of Spleen Yang. The human body has three lines of immune defense. The first line of defense is the human skin. Through practice, Spleen qi rises and enters the Lungs, becoming Wei Qi to protect the skin and mucous membranes. The second line of defense is the human phagocytes, and the third line of defense is T cells and B cells, which are all related to the spleen’s blood production and blood control. This exercise aims to train the Spleen’s Yang to warm the Five Internal Organs.

The form supports the cultivation of the earth, warms the Spleen and Stomach, regulates acquired immunity, and helps with autoimmune diseases.
