For the adventurous, there are beautiful hikes available about an hour up the road.

Retreat times:
Monday & Tuesday: 9am-12pm, 3-6pm

Plum Blossom Qigong Fan & Feng Shui,

Plum Blossom Qigong Fan is a practice for working with wind. People tend to experience too much anger creating internal wind, some expressing while others hold inside. If you express out your anger, this wind will chase your Qi out resulting in exhaustion. If you keep the anger inside, the internal wind can disturb your mental and physical health. With this practice you will learn how to use the fan as a weapon to lead the wind into a positive direction to enhance your health.  Feng Shui is an ancient art and science that provides you ways on how to balance the Qi of any space for health and good fortune. Tuition: early registration until June 22 $380, after $415.

Enroll in both retreats and receive 15% off Retreat II. Contact us about this.

Fans will be available for use and purchase at the retreat or bring your own.

Lodging and meals available on-site at an additional charge (price excludes transportation, lodging, or meals), please contact us for information.  CEU/PDA credits available.
