Join us for the Ling Gui Qigong School’s Annual Summer Retreat and immerse yourself in powerful Qigong guided by world renowned Qigong Masters! Once again, this year’s summer retreat will be held in the relaxing and beautiful Still Meadow Retreat Center in Damascus, Oregon. In addition to a wonderfully inspiring teaching room, there are trails on the property, a wood-fired sauna, and swimming in the nearby Clackamas River. For the adventurous, there are beautiful hikes available about an hour up the road.

Healing Qigong Program will feature Big Dipper Qigong Parts I & II, Fire Cloud Meditation, and Xi Sui Jing.
Big Dipper Qigong Parts I & II : A Taoist alchemy form, Big Dipper Qigong utilizes movements to repair and refine. While practicing the movements, the Qi captures the essence of the Big Dipper to guide the Heart Yang and Kidney Yin into communication. This then develops your original vitality and original energy. Part I is an extended version and prepares the body to receive illumination of the Big Dipper by cultivating the Seven Steps for a Taoist practice. Part II is an alchemical meditation illuminating the body with the Seven Stars of the Big Dipper.
Fire Cloud Meditation: A harmonizing form that reinforces the Jing, increases Qi, and purifies Shen.
Xi Sui Jing: Bone Marrow Cleansing and Increasing is one of the oldest Qigong in China has been develop in at the Shaolin temple in the 6th Century AD by the great Bodidharma. By cleansing and increasing marrow, our blood can increase and our internal organs are efficiently nourished. In Chinese medicine the brain is known as the “Ocean of Marrow”. With this form you begin to circulate marrow to return to the “Ocean”. This is a tremendous benefit for memory decline as we age, dementia, or alzheimers.
Qigong TuiNa Program will feature Big Dipper Qigong Parts I & II, Fire Cloud Meditation (see above description), and Qigong TuiNa for Ophthalmology.
