Four Seasons Meditation – Spring

Spring is a time of growth and regeneration in nature. Representative of new beginnings, Four Seasons Meditation will support your transition to Spring, refreshing your mind and body. A profound way to energize the body after illness and periods of lethargy, you give birth to the pure yang qi and increase blood circulation. Practicing this meditation after a long cold winter, your body will naturally resonate with the spring energies and have the power to harmonize you with the year. There is a Chinese expression that states, “the whole year’s energy depends upon the Spring”.

Taoist Nutrition – Spring

In Chinese medicine theory, the organs of the Liver and Gallbladder are connected with this season. Master Liu He will discuss ways for you to align with the vibrations of the season and re-set your Liver and Gallbladder.

Tuition: $285 or early tuition: register by March 15, 2017 for $255.

All Fees once paid are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another class.

Whereas when Qigong is properly practiced, it is extremely beneficial and presents minimal risk to one’s health, please consult your physician if you are in doubt of your capabilities or have special health concerns.
