July 25 - July 27

Immerse yourself in 3-days of Qigong and Meditation led by Dr. Liu Dong. In this retreat, he will introduce you to the form Pearl of the Moon, Chan Meditation, and Guan Yin Mantra/Mudras.

Pearl of the Moon is a powerful Qigong form that is specific for eye issues. Passed down from generations in the Liu family,  it is a form for activating Liver blood, waking up Kidney Jing, and nourishing the eyes. Furthermore, it helps to reset the signals of 12 cranial nerves, especially the IInd, IIIrd, IVth, and VIth cranial nerves.

Chan Meditation is a personal internal journey, utilizing breath and visualization to renew your perspective!
