Our bodies require an internal flame to ignite the spirit, protect the organ systems, and keep us warm. Nudan (Internal Alchemy for Women) practice provides this igniting and helps stabilize emotions. For younger women, Nudan provides a way to conserve energy while it is still strong. For older women, Nudan provides a means to restore and rejuvenate their energy from the damages received in daily life. These practices empower each woman by connecting themselves to their true nature and live a life of abundance, gratitude and harmony.

Woman’s alchemy is a special practice reserved only for woman. The practice ignites a flame to transform the qi in the cauldron and help stabilize emotions. For younger women, Nu Dan provides a way to conserve energy while it is still strong. For older woman, Nu Dan provides a means to restore and rejuvenate their energy from the damages received in daily life. These practices empower each woman by connecting them selves to their true nature and live a life of abundance, gratitude and harmony.

You will learn the following:

• Following the Tao of Kun
• Open the Dai Mai in order to work Nu Dan
• Build a foundation for 100 days
• Self-massage
• Transform Blood to Qi – small celestial circulation (produce “little” qi medicine for healing) 1-3 years

After building the first stages of your alchemical medicine you then move into:

• Transform Qi to Shen – big celestial circulation (produce “big” qi medicine for healing) 3-5 years
• Three flowers open on top of the head ( Jing-Qi-Shen will be reborn) 5-7 years
• Transform Shen to Void  7 years +
