Nei Yang Gong for the Heart and Kidneys is known as “Qi Gong for Circulating Energy and strengthening the Tendons”. It strengthens bones and tendons, the four limbs and harmonizes the organs, energy and blood.
This form can be practiced any time of day. It is often practiced by seniors due to its gentleness. It helps in experiencing the fullness of the lower half of the body and the emptiness of the upper body.
In terms of body movement, we pay attention to the stretch, rotation, and extension of the spinal column. The movements work with relaxed shoulders, hips, lumbar region and all the joints. It is therefore an excellent method for treating diseases such as bronchitis, digestive problems, asthma, nervousness, hypertension, leg pain and lumbar osteoarthritis, neck and back pain.
