Advanced Taoist Medical Theory & Practice with Master Liu He – Seattle
May 11, 2013 - May 12, 2013
Receive your CEU’s and come to learn one of the most profound chapters (Ling Lan Mi Dian) of the Huang Di Nei Jing (The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine).
An ancient Taoist Chinese medical text, these writings explore the foundations of Chinese medicine. The chapter discussed during this workshop is the “Secret treatises stored in the Emperor’s treasure-house of books”. In past instructions of this chapter, in order to understand and integrate the knowledge, one is required to be an experienced Qigong and Chinese medical practitioner. Additionally, the student would also fast for one day in order to purify their mind/body. Due to our current lifestyles, you are not required to fast however you will need to be an experienced Qigong and Chinese medical practitioner.*
Master Liu He will also extensively discuss the spirit of the Lungs “the seven Po”. You will dive into the understanding of the specific function of each of the Po throughout the day & night, their healing roles, and how to harmonize an imbalance.
We cannot offer a weekend without adding in Qigong! This weekend you will learn Qigong routines for “Concentrating the Hun and Training & Controlling the Po”.
