I pre-recorded this video for you to use on the morning of that day and implement the practices to help you throughout the year. This is the first full moon of the Snake Year. It is an important day in Asian culture as we light lanterns to honor those who have passed on. We send them these lights in the Spring so they can find they can rebirth. \n  \nLantern Festival Day has very strong Qi. To help your ancestors and friends who have passed. \nVery important to charge the Yang Qi on this day. Lifting the Spring and start good with this powerful Yang Qi. This helps control the bugs and sickness. The Illness Star in Feng Shui resides in the Center this year and can affect the heart\, emotions\, and possible flu. This Lantern Festival Qi helps support the removal of the bugs and viruses. Powerful Qi to help with protection. \n\nWake up before 7am and go outside before 9am. Walk East\, Southeast\, South\, Southwest\, and West. Take a nice walk and then come home. \nGood day to charge Water. Purchase a few bottles of water and place in the Southeast section of your home. \nEat something round. \nAfter 7pm\, practice this meditation. \nTurn on some type of light in your Southwest section of your home all night long. \n\n  \nMoon Mudra place in front of your Heart \nFulfilled with the beautiful moon. \nCreate a Qi field around you starting with the Conception Channel (NOT Central Channel). \nMANTRA – Yuan Man\n \n  \nThank you – Happy Lantern Festival and Happy New Year of the Snake\, Wishing you good luck and prosperity.
