Human beings\, too\, are born of water. Our blood carries salt\, minerals\, and electrical potential\, mirroring the oceans of the Earth. When the Full Moon reaches its peak Yin\, this same lunar influence subtly invites our internal waters to rise into a natural “high tide” within the body. \nAt these times\, the movement of blood and Qi becomes more accessible. Stagnation softens\, blockages loosen\, and what has been held can be released with greater ease. When guided with awareness\, this rising tide does not only clear — it also recharges\, allowing Qi to circulate more fully through the meridians\, like a river restored to its natural course. \nThe year 2026 carries an especially strong Fire influence\, amplifying heat\, movement\, and upward force within the body.
