The first line of defense is the human skin. Through practice\, Spleen qi rises and enters the Lungs\, becoming Wei Qi to protect the skin and mucous membranes. The second line of defense is the human phagocytes\, and the third line of defense is T cells and B cells\, which are all related to the spleen’s blood production and blood control.
