DESCRIPTION:Pearl of the Moon is a powerful Qigong form that is specific for eye issues. Passed down from generations in the Liu family\,  it is a form for activating Liver blood\, waking up Kidney Jing\, and nourishing the eyes. Furthermore\, it helps to reset the signals of 12 cranial nerves\, especially the IInd\, IIIrd\, IVth\, and VIth cranial nerves. \nBlue Meditation is inspired by the way Tibetans regulate their immune systems. They live 3000 meters above sea level and endure a very cold climate. To regulate or strengthen their immune system\, they practice a meditation form that uses colors and sounds to strengthen the Original Qi (Yuan Qi) and the Defensive Qi (Wei Qi).
