Les lions sont symboles de prospérité et de succès autant que de protection. Souvent utilisés à l’avant des portes des maisons et des bâtiments\, ils sont un « remède » Feng Shui. Les chiens de Fo offrent la protection et sont habituellement utilisés par deux pour représenter le yin et le yang. \nLe chien de Fo mâle (yang) tient sous sa patte droite un globe\, représentant le contrôle sur son domaine et la protection de sa maison. Le chien de Fo femelle (yin) tient sous sa patte gauche un lionceau\, signifiant les forts instincts protecteurs maternels. \nMaître Liu He a travaillé dans ce cadre pour développer des mudras\, des mantras et des mouvements pour éloigner et se protéger des influences négatives aussi bien que pour améliorer sa santé générale. Ce niveau élevé d’auto prise en charge est très important pour chaque année. \nLe Qi Gong des Lions Gardiens (ou Iron Shirt Buddhist Qigong) est une méthode pour renforcer la force des trois couches du corps. \nLes 3 couches concernées par cette méthode sont : \nLa couche externe : En automne\, selon la médecine traditionnelle chinoise\, le Poumon est l’organe dont l’énergie est la plus stimulée. Responsable de l’Energie défensive (Wei Qi). Ce Qi circule à la surface du corps. À chaque fois que vous pratiquez cette méthode\, vous renforcez l’ « armée de Qi »\, qui vous aide à combattre le Qi négatif. Maître Lui He affirme souvent que combattre une maladie est comme mener une guerre. Ce n’est que lorsque votre « armée de Qi » est forte que le « Qi ennemi » ne peut pas venir vous détruire. \nLa couche médiane : Ying Qi (le Qi du sang). Ce Qi circule avec votre système sanguin. En pratiquant cette méthode\, vous libérez d’abord la stagnation sanguine et les blocages puis éliminez des radicaux libres tout en renforçant vos globules rouges et blancs. \nLa couche interne : Zang Qi (le Qi des organes). Ce Qi circule autour et à l’intérieur de nos organes internes. En pratiquant ce Qigong\, vos cinq organes solides sont renforcés pour rétablir le réseau de communication entre eux.
