This Medical Qigong form follows the philosophy of the best Yijing trigrams\, Earth (Kun) and Heaven (Qian)\, that create the hexagram: Tai Gua. \nBy practicing this form it helps you navigate and stabilize the heart during stormy times. \nAccording to Chinese astrology\, there were predictions for much illness in 2020. Through Master Liu He’s personal meditations and intuition\, the Qian Kun form came to her. She knew she needed to share this with her students at our spring retreat. Since the retreat\, we have received several positive comments from the students.
