Nudan (Internal Alchemy for Women) practice provides this igniting and helps stabilize emotions. For younger women\, Nudan provides a way to conserve energy while it is still strong. For older women\, Nudan provides a means to restore and rejuvenate their energy from the damages received in daily life. These practices empower each woman by connecting themselves to their true nature and live a life of abundance\, gratitude and harmony. \nWoman’s alchemy is a special practice reserved only for woman. The practice ignites a flame to transform the qi in the cauldron and help stabilize emotions. For younger women\, Nu Dan provides a way to conserve energy while it is still strong. For older woman\, Nu Dan provides a means to restore and rejuvenate their energy from the damages received in daily life. These practices empower each woman by connecting them selves to their true nature and live a life of abundance\, gratitude and harmony. \nYou will learn the following: \nFollowing the Tao of Kun\nOpen the Dai Mai in order to work Nu Dan\nBuild a foundation for 100 days\nSelf-massage \nTransform Blood to Qi – small celestial circulation (produce “little” qi medicine for healing) 1-3 years \nAfter building the first stages of your alchemical medicine you then move into: \nTransform Qi to Shen – big celestial circulation (produce “big” qi medicine for healing) 3-5 years\nThree flowers open on top of the head ( Jing-Qi-Shen will be reborn) 5-7 years\nTransform Shen to Void 7 years + \nWorkshop times:\nSaturday\, 2-6:30pm\nSunday\, 9am-3:30pm \n  \nFor registration\, download the form below and mail in with your tuition or pay on-line with Paypal. \nAll tuition fees once paid are non-refundable\, transferable to another workshop/class/retreat for $80 fee. \nWhereas when Qigong is properly practiced\, it is extremely beneficial and presents minimal risk to one’s health\, please consult your physician if you are in doubt of your capabilities or have special health concerns. \n
