DESCRIPTION:A 14th century Taoist Medical Qigong form\, Dragon Tiger Qigong is an excellent form to develop your own healing capacity and to deliver powerful qi to your hands. This form can be used throughout your life to heal yourself as well as helping others. The movements increase Qi circulation for self-healing and prepare your hands for projecting Qi in healing treatments. Dragon movements stimulate the blood (purifying and removing blockages) and concentrate the Hun (soul of the Liver) and Yi (spirit of the Spleen).
